Contest Rules
- Open to babies ages 0–3 years
- One entry per child
- Photos must be family-appropriate
- Entries reviewed within 48 hours
- Voting period announced when gallery opens
- Each $1 donated = 1 vote
- All proceeds benefit Seraph Safety Mission
